A. Ground Seamless Steel Cylinders

The inner wall of the gas cylinder is ground to meet the key technical requirements, includinginner wall roughness, cleanliness, water and oxygen content to meet the requirements for filling, storage and transportation of high-purity gas (purity ≥ 99.9999%).

a. Basic Requirement Parameters

1. Roughness: Conventional Ra ≤ 0.3 μm, can be customized to achieve 3S (Ra ≤ 0.6 μm), 1S (Ra: 0.03 μm – 0.5 μm), etc.

2. Water content: Conventional ≤ 0.5 ppm, can be customized to achieve ≤ 0.1 ppm.

3. Oxygen content: Conventional ≤ 0.5 ppm, can be customized to achieve ≤ 0.1 ppm.

4. Oil content: Conventional ≤ 25 mg/m2, can be customized to achieve ≤ 5 mg/m2, no fluorescent reflection.

5. Helium leak detection: ≤ 8.0×10-7 mbar·L/s

6. Granularity: <5 quantity / ft3 (Particle ≥ 0.1 um)

7. Nitrogen pressure: 99.9999% (6N) ultra-pure nitrogen, 0.3 MPa, and can be customized.

8. Filling medium: SiH4, NF3, NH3, CF4, Cl2, BF3, BCl3, SF6, HCl, SiCl4, N2O, Xe, Kr, etc.

B. Nickel-plated Seamless Steel Cylinders

The nickel-plated gas cylinder undergoes special nickel-plating pretreatment, inner surface grinding and polishing, electroless nickel-phosphorus alloy plating, and clean washing treatment. Its surface is bright and easy to clean, and it has strong wear resistance and corrosion resistance, as well as a long service life. It has a wide range of applications and is suitable for filling with corrosive electronic gases, such as HBr and HCl, ultra-pure gases, or low-concentration standard gases.

2. Roughness: Ra < 0.3 μm

3. Plating Process: Electroless Plating

b. Plating Layer Tests

1. Adhesion Test: pull-out test, percussion method, thermal shock test, cross-cut test

2. Blue Spot Corrosion Test: No blue spots were found after 30 seconds of corrosion

3. Neutral Salt Spray Test: No corrosion after 48 hours of neutral salt spray

4. Nickel-plated Sample Fatigue Test: The fatigue load is 250 - 300 MPa. The number of inspections is over 12,000 times. There is no peeling, falling off or bulging

5. Pressure Cycle Fatigue Test: 12,000 times, there are no peeling, falling off or bulging

According to the type, composition, concentration, and properties of the gas or filling material, we provide a variety of coating material solutions and metal plating solutions, suitable for filling CH4SH2S, NH3, VOCs, HF, halides and low-concentration active gases.

3. Inner surface ground and chemically polished gas cylinders are suitable for the filling, storage and transportation of ultra-high purity gases and most easily adsorbed gases, such as Electronic Gases and so on.
