LARGE DIAMETER LIQUID NITROGEN CONTAINERS (KAIGEN BRAND and LEO BRAND)

The opening adopts a side-mouth or wide-mouth design with a large capacity, which is suitable for long-term static storage of large quantities of biological samples. It adopts advanced technologies such as high-vacuum multilayer insulation, electronic temperature control and liquid nitrogen distribution to ensure the intelligent cooling and temperature stabilization process is uniform and stable. It can provide two storage methods: gas phase and liquid phase, which are particularly suitable for long-term ultra-low temperature storage of experimental samples such as stem cells, plasma, semen, embryos, various tissues and organs, biologicalproducts, etc.

II. KAIGEN Product Features

1. High-density storage

Small footprint, more samples can be stored, saving space and reducing the unit sample storage cost.

2. Excellent temperature uniformity

Vacuum-insulated stainless steel container structure with high vacuum insulation ensures excellent thermal insulation performance.

3. Stable opening temperature

The small-opening design of the container lid and neck offset can greatly reduce the volatilization rate of liquid nitrogen. Even if the lid is opened for a long time, the temperature inside the container can be maintained at no more than -150℃ within 48 hours.

4. Advanced temperature monitoring system

The microprocessor-based monitoring system and the upper and lower double platinum resistance temperature probes can display the highest and lowest temperatures in the container in real time with an accuracy of ±1℃. Users can set the alarm point by themselves, with an optional alarm silencing function.

5. Automatic filling of liquid nitrogen and liquid level monitoring system

Using a differential pressure sensor and liquid level monitoring system, the liquid level height is displayed in real time to ensure that the automatic filling process of liquid nitrogen is safe and reliable. A 10-inch LCD screen can display parameters such as top temperature, bottom temperature, liquid level height and operational status.

6. Hot gas bypass system

The hot gas bypass system can remove the room temperature nitrogen in the pipeline before liquid nitrogen is injected, ensuring that only ultra-low temperature liquid nitrogen is injected into the container, preventing temperature fluctuations in the liquid nitrogen container during filling that affect sample safety and reduce additional liquid nitrogen consumption.

7. Multiple humanized designs

A stainless steel auxiliary workbench can be used to temporarily place the cryopreservation rack, facilitating rapid sample placement and retrieval. The integrated folding step reduces the operating height, enabling easy sample placement and retrieval. The auxiliary opening of the internal rotating tray facilitates retrieval of accidentally fallen samples.
